WILLS AND TRUSTS

Making a will through a solicitor is an absolute must for families of those with learning disabilities, according to the Law Society.

To find a solicitor specialising in wills in your area go to www.lawsociety.org.uk/choosingandusing/findasolicitor.law and click on wills and probate or go to www.step.org and click on “Find a Practitioner” specifying the area in which you would like to find a lawyer.
